Graça’s Orange Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 2 cups orange juice (200 ml)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Place 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 pinch of salt, and 2 cups oof range juice in a blender. Blend for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix 2 1/2 cups of flour and 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Add the mixture from the blender, stirring gently from bottom to top to keep the batter light.
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix carefully.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
