Extra Amenities
- If you need a cot for children under the age of 3, it is available for only €25 per stay. Contact the host to place your order. Subject to availability.
- If you need an extra bed, it is available at €45 per night. Contact the host to place your order. Subject to availability.
- For your convenience, there is a laundry service that you can use on request. Contact the host to check availability.
- Check-in - You can enter the property from 3:00 p.m. Please inform Quinta da Carlota in advance of your arrival time - you can do so via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or the booking platform. If you'd like to arrive earlier, contact the host to check availability.
- For arrivals between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, the early check-in fee will be €30. If you arrive between 12:00 pm and 03:00 pm, the fee will be €20.
- Before check-in, the completion of accommodation and lodging bulletins is mandatory for all guests in order to confirm the details of the stay and access the appropriate identification documents of all guests due to legal obligation (Schengen Treaty, article 45).
- Check-out - Must be made by 11:00 am on the last day of the reservation. If you'd like to extend your stay until later, contact the host to check availability.
- If your Check-out is between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, a fee of €30 will be charged.
- In case of emergency where you need an ambulance, fire or police, please call 112.
